A supportive housing complex providing safe homes with integrated health, dining, and community spaces, designed to support daily living and wrap‑around services.

Supportive Housing Complex (Chilliwack, BC)

A 46,000 sq. ft. turnkey design-build supportive housing development with 49 suites and 42 shelter beds across four levels with a commercial kitchen, dining, lounge spaces, cultural gathering areas, health and tenant‑support rooms, and administrative offices.

Hyatt Whitehorse Hotel (Whitehorse, YK)

Pre‑construction advisory for a 75,000 sq. ft. hotel, including volumetric stacking, cold‑weather logistics, factory QA/QC, and envelope‑first detailing.

Sq’um’ul’ Shelh Lelum – Supportive Housing Complex

A 46,000 sq. ft. turnkey design‑build‑install supportive housing development delivering 49 residential suites and 42 shelter beds across four levels, incorporating essential support spaces and community‑focused amenities.

Goodacre Place – Affordable Housing Complex

A 14,580 sq. ft. affordable housing development delivering 24 residential suites across three levels. Completed through a design‑build‑install approach, the project includes shared amenity spaces and was delivered efficiently with a compressed on‑site schedule.
